It is a special experience to cycle around Lake Tisza. The cycle path runs on the dam surrounding the lake. This is the safest bikeway in the country and the EuroVelo 11 international cycle route also runs through the region. The terrain is easy, so not frequent cyclists can also cover the distances easily. The bike tour will be a real family experience as kids will also enjoy riding at a comfortable speed on the plain, even path.
The bicycle road around the lake connects the towns and villages and also their beaches, so if we get tired, we can cool down in the water. Riding further along the dike, the colourful and exciting natural environment provides an astonishing view as the larger bodies of water alternate with the islands, peninsulas, meadows and channels.
