The only Tisza Bridge where cars and trains have a single lane can be found in Kisköre. First-time visitors are always surprised to see that only the train or cars moving in one direction can use the bridge at a time: simply there is no space for multi-lane or multi-way traffic.

The first railway bridge with wooden structure was built here in 1887: it was the longest bridge at the time with a length of 780 metres. The world wars also left their marks on the bridge: it was exploded and bombed several times over time.
